Parking :

Parking is available at the facility parking lot. Overflow parking is available on the right side of Erika Hill Drive and both sides of Battlecreek Drive beyond the crosswalk at the pool entrance. Parking is not permitted on Battlecreek Drive adjacent to the median at the neighborhood entrance. Please be considerate of Bayhill Pointe residents and DO NOT park directly in front of mailboxes or driveways. 

Timeline:

• Bayhill Warm-up: 5:15 to 5:35 PM
• The Highlands Warm-up: 5:35 to 5:55 PM
• Beulah Warm-up: 5:55 to 6:15 PM
• Strokes and Turns: 6:10 PM
• Timers meeting: 6:10 PM
• National anthem: 6:20 PM
• Kickboard race: 6:20 PM
• Meet begins at 6:30 PM

Entry Exchange:

Please submit entries no later than 6:00 p.m. on the Sunday preceding the meet.

Clerk of Course : 

Our Clerk of Course is located directly to the left upon entry of our facility. It is found directly by the entrance to the clubhouse. 

Volunteers:

Please provide the following volunteers for our meet:

Highlands

• Clerk of Course - 2 per half
• Mites - as needed
• Strokes and Turns - 1 first half, 2 second half
• Table Worker - 2 per half
• Timer - 6 per half

Beulah

• Clerk of Course - 1 per half
• Mites - as needed
• Strokes and Turns - 2 first half, 1 second half
• Table Worker - 1 per half
• Timer - 6 per half

Concessions : 

Typically food trucks will be available in our parking lot during the meet. Grab a bite to eat and enjoy while you are here! Concessions are sold on deck for the duration of the meet.
