Communication and Logging In
The SwimTopia Mobile App Alerts and/or Email are our primary methods of communication. Also keep up with upcoming meets, events, your volunteer roles, and results from the app. (Heat sheet access, live results, and upcoming swim reminders require the Pro version)
The coach will send Team Alerts on weather delays/cancellations etc. If you have not downloaded and logged into the app with notifications turned on in your phone's app settings, you will receive the alert via email.
Website and App Login
You use the same email/pw you used to register on both.
If you haven’t activated your account this season or in a previous one, check for the email sent after you registered. If you can’t find it (check spam), or 30 days have passed since you registered, you can send yourself another one by going to our login page and clicking “Forgot your password?”
(notify the Website Admin if you need an email update - Contact Us).

- Previous season contact info will auto-populate to save time
- This avoids creating duplicate accounts by entering names differently.
- Use the “Forgot your password?” link, if needed
Registering for the first time?
- Your account will be created as part of the registration process.
- After you complete your registration, you will receive an account activation email to set your password for access to your account.
- You will also receive a registration confirmation email with details of your form.
- If you do not see either of these within an hour of registering, check your spam/trash folders.
With your registration, you'll get access to your account that will enable you to easily declare for swim meets, sign-up for jobs, see your children's swim times and histories, maintain your own contact information, and more.
Guest Access for Family/Friends
The “Continue as Guest” option on the login screen of the mobile app is really just for family/friends who do not have an activated account on the team.
Our meets will only be found here if the meet host has made the meet public, so if you are a member of the team, you should log in using your email/pw. There is much more you can do by logging in than being a guest.
