Meet Timeline:

• Highlands Warm-Ups: 5:35 - 5:55 PM
• Bayhill Warm-Ups: 5:55 - 6:15 PM
• Briefings (Officials, Timers, Clerks/Mite Parents): 6:10 PM
• 1st Half Workers Report to Stations: 6:20 PM
• National Anthem: 6:25 PM
• Meet Start: 6:30 PM

Parking:

There should be ample parking in the pool lot but you may also park along the side of the road near the pool for overflow if needed. Please do not park on the grass.

Seating:

Bayhill Pointe families will have the pool area to the immediate left of the entrance with the Highlands on the far side of the pool towards the lake (see area in red below). There are a limited number of chairs available so we are encouraged to bring chairs. Please note that no one is permitted in the baby pool or the family pool during the meet.

Volunteers:

Upon arrival at the pool, all volunteers should check in with the volunteer coordinator, Allison Elowski, under the Clerk of Course tent behind the starting blocks. Second half workers will be called shortly before halftime which is after the final backstroke event (Event #33). .

All volunteers will attend a briefing at 6:10 pm. Timers, S&T judges, Runners, & Table workers will meet near the blue slide. Clerk of Course and Mite parents will meet near the Clerk of Course tent.

Concessions:

Burgers, chicken fingers, hot dogs, and fries will be provided by The Reserve (cash and card accepted). Good Vices Ice truck will be set up in the parking lot for a sweet treat.

General Reminders:

Please bring the following items to the meets (be sure to label everything!) :

• Team suit (should be worn during races)
• Team cap
• Goggles
• Towel
• Money for concessions (optional)
• Blanket or chair (optional - seats go fast!)
• Please DO NOT bring any glass containers onto the pool deck
• Please mark the back right shoulder of your swimmer with their first initial, last name, event, heat, and lane number - all of which can be found on the heat sheet.
